After years of poor signal and being roped into the same false promises with an old network. We were recommended Comms Connect - and my gosh we will never go elsewhere ever again. Bev Robinson went over and beyond for us... listened to our frustration from our old provider... we were presented with a variety of offers to choose from... nothing was too much trouble! We got 2 of the latest handsets, we were talked through how to keep our existing numbers (as needed them for business)... and the transition was effortless! 100% recommend to everyone far and wide... I had the most unbelievable customer service from visha mistry. She helped with with an issue I was having with international calling and texts and thoroughly walked me through all the steps required and escalated the issue when it was required. I called Comms Connect with a question on a bill I had ,and an email advise that I had used 100% of my monthly allowance.  Visha from the support team was able to immediately explain to me why I had exceeded the monthly allowance (watching Wimbledon via BBC on my phone) and confirming the additional tariff for one month to put matters right.
