How long we keep it
Customers – We will generally keep your personal data for a minimum of 6 years after you cease using our services after which it will be destroyed if it is no longer required for the lawful purpose (s) for which it was obtained.
Those receiving offers/promotions – If you consent to marketing/promotions, any information we use for this purpose will be kept by us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive the information.
What we would also like to do with it?
We would like to send you information about our products and services, by post, telephone, email and SMS. Please note that if you consent to being sent our marketing information via email then your data will be processed through The Layer, our CRM company www.thelayer.com , termed a “Data Processor” for the personal data you provide. We will not send email marketing without your consent and our email marketing contains the option to unsubscribe from further emails.
