Annual Pricing Update

Each year we meet with our network and service providers to review their Annual Price Rises. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, as the base pricing and annual increases are set by our suppliers.

Please be assured that we always work hard on your behalf to negotiate the lowest possible prices.

What does this mean for you?

Ofcom has recommended that annual price rises should be stated in £’s & pence for both consumer and business customers from January 2025

This approach provides greater clarity and certainty and aligns with Ofcom’s recommendation on mid-contract price rises.

If you signed or renewed your services on or before 31st January 2025, you will see an increase on your monthly invoice based on CPI 3.4% + 3.9% from 1st April 2026.

If you signed or renewed your services between 1st February 2025 and 31st January 2026, your contract will increase by a £’s & pence amount on 1st April 2026, in line with your signed contract.

If you signed or renewed your services from 1st March 2026 onwards, your contract will increase by £’s & pence on 1st April 2027, in line with your signed contract.

Ofcom has recommended stating price rises in £’s & pence because it is clearer and gives customers more certainty on what the price change will be.

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is the government’s measure of inflation. It tracks whether the cost of goods and services is going up or down, based on price changes over the year across several industries.

The annual price rise is applied to your monthly rental before the discount is applied.
