Notify your network provider
If your mobile phone or tablet is lost or stolen, you need to let your network provider know within 24 hours of discovering the incident.
If your device has been stolen, call the police
If your mobile phone or tablet has been stolen, you need to contact the police and get an incident number.
Notify us
Within 48 hours of discovering the incident, contact us on 0345 370 5000
Complete a claim form
We will send you a claim form which you must complete as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after notifying us of the claim.
When we receive the completed claim form, we will assess it and quickly authorise replacement equipment if your claim is approved.
Pay an excess
Once your claim is approved you will need to pay an excess fee.
