Helix had a direct account with a network but found it difficult to speak to their designated account manager. They were frustrated, as even making simple changes became a hassle. Their bills were unusually high and they had difficulty monitoring their usage. Helix felt that they were not getting the most out of their business mobiles and they needed a solution that would be cost effective and efficient.
How we solved it
We immediately assigned Helix a personal account manager who they could speak to directly any time. We set up alerts to notify them when users were about to overspend or use excessive data abroad. With third party authorisation, we took care of applications on their behalf, saving them time and trouble.
Helix now has an efficient, responsive managed service that works for them. They are delighted to have complete visibility and control over their bills and with the help of customised reports, they have made informed business decisions which has saved them thousands of pounds.
