The Customer’s Issue
The customer was paying too much for their phone system and wanted to change without disruption to their sites during the transition.
How we solved it?
Comms Connect were able to port the numbers from BT. We then put in new fibre optic broadband and put in the new phone system. We provided the customer with 8 new colour screens and handsets free of charge saving the customers £1200. There was no downtime. We then trained their staff within an hour by which point they were confident and relaxed about using the new system.
